My favorite way of showing my friends how much I love them, is to take pictures of them. And i guess I am so afraid of forgetting that I feel the need to photograph my loved ones, for if one day they are gone, they are actually not really gone

September 17th I returned from my one month of interrailing in Europe. I miss it already and I enjoy thinking back at every little experience that we had.

I thought I wanted to share some of the foods and drinks we had during our trip. Some of them are traditional for the particular country, some of them are just random.. We also cooked a lot ourselves, since it would be too expensive eating out every single day.

Amsterdam 19/8-20/8

Coffee and a egg-and-salad sandwich Dinner in the old part of Lisboa, Bairro Alto - Traditional Lisboa grilled chicken with chips Traditional sparkling wine, Vinho Verde  Albufeira (south portugal) 10/9-15/9 Homemade dinner and Spanish beer at the first hostel Freshly pressed juice at the second hostel Lots of water! In every city Watermelon at the beach Lunch after being on the beach. Burgers! Lollipop.. wiii! It's so weird being back home, but it also feels good.
