Hi guys!
So sorry we haven't posted in a long time.. Things are a bit busy, I just started school again and Malina is on an interrail trip, traveling through Southeurope. Malina won't be able to blog from her trip, so I'm sharing all the beautiful picures from her trip.

Glutenfree Cookies!

Recipe

75 g of butter

150g of sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

1 egg

175g glutenfree flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

100g dark chocolate

(50g of salted peanuts)

This is a danish recipe, I'll do my very best to translate

Mix butter, sugar and vanillasugar till it's creamy and stir in the egg.
Add flour, baking powder, chopped chocolate (chopped peanuts) and mix with your hands
